Since then, he has taken the company from strength to strength and invested heavily into staff development and niche aspects of our industry. Liam has an amazing eye for detail and only the best is ever good enough where his mantra is; Do what’s right; not what’s easy.

Senior Electrician
Kevin Coen
Kevin is the longest serving member of staff at LMP after Liam. Kevin has a superb plethora of electrical skills and knowledge and generally takes project lead on our larger projects. School friends with Liam since 10 Years old this is more then a working relationship.
Specialism: Lutron & RAKO lighting, Fault finding, PCNA Network Administrator
Interests: Kevin is a keen Technical Scuba diver and is also a PADI staff instructor
Trainee Electrician
Lee de Sousa
Lee joined LMP as an adult trainee for a total career change. Lee has superb customer service skills and also excels in problem solving more complex tasks. Quickly learning the LMP standards, it will be no time before Lee is fully qualified and taking charge of his own jobs.
Specialism: 2nd fix lighting, customer service, compliance
Interests: Lee is a keen football fan and is a lifelong Charlton Athletic supporter
Electrician
Luke Jones
Luke has been with LMP for 2 years and is a great asset to the team. Luke has a great attitude towards the trade and always strives to learn more and problem solve. Luke is our installations electrician and you will find him on the majority of our installs at both 1st & 2nd fix stages. Luke is also our Renewables Solar PV Electrician.

Trainee Electrician
Lee Jones
Lee is a trainee electrician with years of building experience under his belt. Lee performs best on installations at 1st fix stage and really understand the importance of a comprehensive groundwork/prewire of a successful job.
